Fete 2010

The Parish Fete this year was yet again a roaring success. In all areas did we feel it was a worthwhile event. Bringing together our local community from all areas on the day itself, we built up our own Parish community in the run up through coming together to pull our weight and get Seapatrick Fete 2010 up and running.

We raised about £19,000 on the day, plus programme sales on top to make around £21,000 (tbc) which was a tremendous effort by all involved. This money will all go towards the refurbishment of the Church spire, and everyone from the Rector, Vestry and Parishioners thank all who came to support us in our community day.

The weather was the best we have had in years, and further went to make the day a great day out for all the family. Although it was hard work in getting everything organised, it all came together under the watchful eye of Norman Russell (and his team of fete experts). It couldn't have happenened without the inspirational dedication of many volunteers who tirelessly worked for weeks running up to the day itself. THANK YOU ONE AND ALL...

Now for the photos - please take a look through the gallery to get a flavour of the day itself.
