This year our theme for Holiday Bible Club is taken from the Scripture Union resource of Rocky's Plaice.

The dates for HBC are Monday 26th July - Friday 30th July from 10.30am to 12.30pm (ignore the times above) every day!

Everyone in Primary school is welcome, and we are very happy for parents to stay with us if they choose!

Rocky’s Plaice is a complete holiday club programme based on stories of Peter from Acts. The Holiday Club will consist of Bible engagement, games, drama, craft, chat, songs etc to ensure that the children have a great time and learn more about God.

The club is set in a fish and chip restaurant called Rocky’s Plaice. The stories covered are:

• Day 1 - Ascension (Acts 1:6-11);
• Day 2 - Pentecost (Acts 2);
• Day 3 - Peter and John heal a man who cannot walk (Acts 3,4);
• Day 4 - Peter and Dorcas (Acts 9:36- 43);
• Day 5 - Peter and Cornelius (Acts 10) & Peter is rescued from prison (Acts 12:6-19).

During Rocky’s Plaice, children will encounter what it means to be part of God’s community. They will experience life in the early church and find out what being part of God’s church means.
